Service Projects - Request Funding for a Project

The Rotary Club of DeWitt is committed to Service to our Community which furthers Rotary's Avenues of Service initiatives. If you or your not-for-profit organization have an idea, a project or mission which you would like us to consider partnering with you to fulfill, please let us know.

You should communicate your request by using our "Request for Funding" application to describe the assistance and involvement, in both money and/or manpower, that you wish from our Rotary Club. Once completed, please direct the form to us at our mailing address: Rotary Club of DeWitt, Attn.: Chair, Service Projects and Philanthropy, P.O. Box 131, DeWitt, NY  13214.

Please be aware that the "Request for Funding" form is required for any consideration of support. Verbal or other written requests will not be honored.

Please be sure to include the contact information for the key person in your organization who will be responsible for the request. We will be sure to respond within a week of receipt to confirm and request any additional information which may be required to evaluate your request.
