Welcome to the Rotary Club of DeWitt!
We encourage you to explore our website.
DeWitt Rotary was formed in 1954 and currently has approximately 75 active members who cover a wide range of ages, interests and occupations. We serve the community in many different ways: volunteering at the Samaritan Center, tending to the Butternut Creek trail, Old News Boys and other worthwhile community endeavors. Our annual signature fundraiser is the DeWitt Rotary Annual Pancake Day which traditionally takes place in May and is located at the Marshall’s Plaza in the parking lot next to Best Buy. We have held Pancake Day for 65 years and the funds that are raised are returned to various projects in the community through our Philanthropy Grants. We work to make Central New York a better place in which to live and do business.
Rotary is an international organization, found in almost every country. The Rotary motto is Service Above Self. We are proud to be able to help with international projects as well.
DeWitt Rotary meets for lunch every Monday (except holidays) at 12:10 at Traditions at the Links at Erie Village, 5900 N Burdick St in the Town of DeWitt. Please visit us for lunch, a reasonably priced buffet, and for fellowship. We also have interesting speakers at each meeting. We’d love to see you there. We are always looking for new members.
